Kansas Pharmacy Technician Schools, Salaries and Certification

If you are interested in attending a Kansas pharmacy technician school, there are several pharmacy technology programs from which can be completed online, on-campus or by distance learning: certificate programs (typically less than a year), diploma programs (typically one year) or, an associate degree program (typically two years long and generally includes an externships in the field).

Kansas requires the pharmacist-in-charge to ensure that there is a pharmacy technician training program to meet the requirements for the pharmacy site and meets the regulatory requirements and requires every person registered as a pharmacy technician to pass an examination approved by the Board within 30 days after becoming registered.
