It is a multi-disciplinary program that helps students find their strength and interest in a number of clinical health careers. Clinical hands-on training occurs on campus in the medical lab, or off-site in nearby health care facilities.

Students will spend 3 semester hours studying Medical Terminology and they must pass this course to receive a qualifying score in the exams.

The Ross Medical Center is a technical college that offers a 36-week ASHP accredited pharmacy technician certificate program in Cincinnati. 

You'll learn skills like counting pills, pharmaceutical and medical terminology, preparing IVs and various administrative tasks.

You'll spend 548 hours on didactic course work (lecture and discussion), another 172 hours on laboratory course work, and a further 180 hours on experimental training in either a community pharmacy such as Walgreens or CVS, hospital pharmacy or home health care pharmacy.
